I lead at the intersection of deep technical detail and long-range strategy — close enough to the engineering to earn trust, experienced enough to know which bets are worth making. My focus is building teams and technology that stay relevant a decade out.
On one front, I lead a global team of 10–15 engineers across three continents, responsible for data acquisition, resimulation, and the software tooling that underpins radar and perception development worldwide. I built the software-in-the-loop infrastructure that cut validation turnaround from weeks to days — and in some cases hours — by replaying entire driving datasets on demand.
On another, I drive advanced development in production 77–79 GHz radar — and develop the suppliers who will bring 300 GHz technology to production — designing the sensors not of tomorrow, but of five to ten years from now. That work has generated dozens of filed patents in radar and signal processing.
And on the business development side, I own the customer relationships — demonstrating technology directly to automotive manufacturers, AV, and new mobility players, translating between engineering and commercial needs, and building the long-term partnerships that turn frontier sensing into real programs.
Across all of it, the foundation is robotics and systems engineering. I serve as an official internal trainer for the Robotic Operating System (ROS), and my toolchains run on the same ROS, CUDA, and Linux stack that powers modern autonomy.

Today that work runs across series 77–79 GHz platforms — and into developing the suppliers who will bring 300 GHz technology to production — and that depth is what lets me lead from a place engineers respect.
